Someone's being too clever- even by Discworld standards. A strange device that threatens the flow of time means the History Monks - one with a reputation for being the reason "Rule 1" was invented, the other his unusual apprentice - have gotten involved. Add to this a schoolteacher who's learning to cope with being Death's grandaughter, and they suddenly find themselves in race to prevent Time from stopping althogether...
As usual, a brilliant Discworld novel- a must read for anyone who likes Miss Susan or the History Monks. Read this!
