I'm thinking of buying a Digital Camera
Don't want to spend too much, 150 or so.
Any recommendations etc ?

I suspect this is off-topic to the list but I'll ramble anyway.
I think you might be better off saving up your pennies and spending a little
bit more on a camera, depending on your needs. What is it for? Party photos?
Decent artistic stuff? The odd convenient shot?
Have you factored in the extra money you will need to outlay for a memory
card? Most cameras come with a pitiful on board or free memory card. You
should be looking at a minimum of a 128MB compactflash card for about 22
quid these days.
I've got a Canon A20 powershot which I bought two and half years ago. It's
current older brother, the A70 can be had for 235 quid. It is utterly
splendid, and some examples can be seen at:

It's a bit of a weighty bugger but it's good and solid to hold in the hand.
I've also had a cheaper konica K200Z camera (which can be had for about 180)
and to be perfectly honest with you, it just doesn't compare to the more
expensive canon (which I left at home when I went on holiday, and needed a
cheap camera, fast). My experience of the cheaper cameras is that they just
can't cope with the higher resolutions well enough, and end up producing
grainy or pixellated images.

For people shots the cheaper camera is generally fine, however, for that all
important photo, I found it to be a little bit lacking somewhat. Whether
that's something you could put up with is up to you :)
Oh, and the interface on the canon is sheer childs play :)
