Good Morning!
I have a question. Do any of you read Arthur C Clarke? If so does any one
who will be coming to the pub next term have a copy of Nine billion names of
god? I cannot find it anywhere. If I could borrow it that would be v good!
Hope everyone is having a great summer even if it is stupidly warm!
Take care
love
Abby

"The Nine Billion Names of God" is a short story about some Tibetan monks
who get a computer. It is almost certainly in one of the SF short story
collections in the
IFIS library. It's a superior example.
I have a feeling it may have lent its title to a Clarke short story
collection.
Are you looking for the story or the collection?

Annoyingly my book list doesn't state whether its the story or the
collection I'm guessing story though.. Thanks for the info though I'll check
it out as soon as I can.
