Night Watch
It's time for.....
"HUNT THE TERRY PRATCHETT BOOK" !!!!!
<crowd goes wild with excitement>
Your target Ladies & Gentlemen is "Night Watch", publication date
04/11/2002, RRP 17.99.
I quote from my mail of 12th October 2000:
As long term Terry Pratchett book buyers (or readers of this mail list
who've watched as we've played previous rounds of this game - usually
rather briefly !) know "published" is a relative term - the record is
finding it a month before publication date held by Feet of Clay and
Hammick's Epsom.
The rules are simple:
Whoever tells us via IFIS Announce (which is per the rules) where we
can walk into a shop that has it in stock and buy a copy wins. In stock is
the operative phrase - pre-orders do not count!
Since the abolition of the net book agreement bonus points are awarded
for finding it cheap - any sub tenner reports on the hardback are
gratefully received.....
Entries involving the words "Amazon.co.uk" are void unless they really
do have it in stock early. (amazon's price is 8.99, about 12 inc postage)
Entries involving the words "My Jenny has an advanced copy" are also
void (Are you listening Paul Bob?)
Lets go shopping .....
