I'm surprised no-one else has noticed/mentioned, but the first Saphire &
Steel DVD is out in the shops. It's got the first 3 stories on it which
works out to be about 20episodes worth.

Steel DVD is out in the shops. It's got the first 3 stories on it which
works out to be about 20episodes worth.
I've got it, I've seen the first episode and thought it was alright. Must
watch the rest.
I've had a bucketload of stuff to watch recently, 6 Morse discs and 2
Roughnecks: Starship Troopers CG cartoon. Italian Job is out this weekend (one
of my favourite films without a spaceship in)
In other society related DVD news (Dave) the League of Gentlemen Christmas
special is out 25/11, and there's 4 DW related releases in 5 months at the tail
end of this year, start of next: Aztecs, Resurrection of the Daleks, 3 Doctors
and Space Pirates. Futurama S2 is end of September as is Babylon 5 series 1.
I believe S&S stories 4-6 is due next Feb.
I hear the remastering doesn't come across too well on the S&S discs....
