Ive just read that John Nathan Turner, the producer of Doctor Who during the
1980s has died.

I'm not sure how people will feel about this as he wasn't always exactly a
popular figure.

I'm not sure how people will feel about this as he wasn't always exactly a
popular figure.

comments especially interesting as there's some insight there into a
particularly dodgy patch in the program's history.

Hm, This all just makes me think of some disturbing 'rumours' I
heard about J N-T and Ian Levine. Gary Downie was involved in them as
well....
