For those of you that don't know how to do this, with Outlook or
Outlook Express (the usual suspects when it comes to this sort of
cruft) you do something like this:-
For Outlook Express, look for the IFIS list in your address book.
If it isn't there, add it by right-clicking on one of the IFIS
E-mails and choosing the "Add Sender to Address Book" option.
Then find it in your address book, right-click on it,
select "properties", and under the "Name" tab, in the bottom
right hand corner, tick the box marked
"send E-mail using plain text only."
For Outlook, look under Tools->Options and look at the
Mail Format tag. There is a selection box labelled
"send in this message format" - select "Plain Text".
Now there should be no excuse, right?
