Hitch Hiker's DVD

Got mine this morning, very nice.

The Easter Egg on disc one can be accessed through the main menu: Go down to
the set-up option, press left and enter a 4 digit code (1146, the time at
the start of the episode - why is the sun coming up at 11:46 ????) to get at
some FX Footage and some Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster text .....

Packed full of extras on disc 2 .....

also got the Futurama DVD set and Transformers V1 to watch later....

Found the one on the second disk too now - but had to use my PC to do it -
if you can get the cursor towards the middle of the screen you can select a
little pop up of the planet earth and use it to play a clean version of the
title sequence.

I am jealous of you in a way.
BUT I do have Hitch-Hikers on audio tape.
I dont really have exciting technology-only got a CD player last year
(present from mum and dad)
I am HAPPY though and I would like to be a voice for the DVD-less world,
telling them not to worry because it is not the most important thing in
life.
I am more of a book person anyway-they are my friends.

Which is one of the best ways to own it ! The series is it's first
incarnation and contains a lot of material that doesn't appear elsewhere.

Have you got off air copies or official BBC ones ?
(queue the Pink Floyd *again*)
