IFIS Shopping Trip Cancellation.

Basically since we can't seem to agree on where we should be going, and
because it is, frankly, too late in term to be organising anything half
decent, the IFIS shopping trip (such as it was) has been cancelled.

There will be a Shopping Trip in the next term, a proper organised one (I
promise!!)
