Its nothing overly serious, and a little babe-obssessed (there's a lot
of questions about Seven of Nine) but it is a lot of fun.

Well I do watch any tosh with robots in it (except
short circuit films). However I strongley deny

Romulan. However I am about to marry a bookseller
(and ex librarian) although she certainly not a goth
and if she has a Rassillon tattoo, it's very well
hidden.

How does that quiz thing work out its scores I just got 50. Besides the
Waynes World Bohemian Rhapsody bit has grown so much bigger since John
(Nocturnal conventions Currie) and a few others of us started it. My
personal ultimate was the time at the Heathrow Park Hotel when we brought
down a huge round conference table that was not supposed to be collapsible
by about 20 of us table surfing to Beach Boys on it, or the other dance
floor great must have been when John and a friend of his with loaded up with
blood bags tied to a chair with a fake ear and dressed in black suites with
thin black ties re-enacted a reservoir dogs scene.

Hell no! I'd have to spend all my time shagging, else there wouldn't be enough

Um... they got me. Well, except for Farscape and Babylon 5.
Why do I always seem to score so poorly on these tests. I scored worse than
Alex on the Dr. Who one, for god's sake!

DVD, you have the Space 1999 fansite in your "Favourites" folder, but you're
not really in it for the sci fi, you just like watching alien totty prancing
about in jumpsuits. Although this is perfectly acceptable behaviour for a

Yep shows how out of touch the makers of that quiz are. That might explain
how I only got 50. After all some of those questions had no decent answer
such as the why TOS is better did not give the option of enjoying other Star
Trek series more let alone other shows better I.E. Highlander, Babylon 5,
Stargate, Buffy, and of course ANGEL. Andromeda is shaping up pretty well at
the moment also.

A more logical sentence than own Babylon 5 on DVD should be something like
own multiple copies of the original Star Wars trilogy, each one different in
some way. Also it would be more than 6 points if you owned every episode of
babylon 5 on video as thats some 60 tapes worth.

um, is there anything seriously wrong with owning multiple copies of the
Star Wars trilogy? I mean, they're all different, really, when you think
about it.
the original ones in 14:12 and widescreen, and then the collector's eds of
the re-released versions, again 14:12 and widescreen. it's like they're 12
different films!
i'm sure Charlotte would agree with me.

I was not saying their was anything wrong with owning multipul copies that
is why it was like only for the 6 point answers.
OH and don't forget the Executer metal box set that had lots of extra bits.
If you started with the panned and scanned original release, then to
widescreen original release then to wide screen digitally remastered to
Executer to special edition wide screen, you would end up with multiple
copies with good reason.

I've got the original release (well 1989) of the Trilogy in P&S that were a present for
passing my GCSE's.
I bought my Widescreen THX editions circa 95, lent them to someone the next year and
haven't seen them since. I had one of the copies of SW missing the Greedo subtitles...
big fuss at the time.
I then laid out for the Special Edition Widescreen box set in late 97 or whenever that
came out.
My lone copy of E1 is the widescreen, but come the DVD release......
