Seeing as how I can't turn on the TV at the moment without seeing the
adverts for this ('cause it starts on Sunday), when's it starting in the UK?
Do you want me to do a review of this?

No UK start date as yet. I'll assume that Sky have it since they buy all new sci fi
now - and watch half of it flop.
Anyone else got opinions to offer on John Dogget yet ? The 2 I've seen looked
encouraging .....

Here are my thoughts on it after the first episode:
It's very good but only if you know who they are from the X-Files. If you
don't watch it (at all or a lot), then you'd probably be very confused as to
what the heck is going on. It had a good plot (if you can cope with the
idea that these 3 get to save the US from it's own government) which had
some good twists (although you could see some of it coming). Very good
music as well - slightly lighter/less spooky than the X-Files. All in all,
I enjoyed it and will be tuning in again next Sunday.
Mind you, the TV over here is great - I get to watch The Lone Gunmen for the
next few weeks instead of the X-Files. Normally, the X-Files are on Sunday
at 8pm but I have to wait 3 weeks until I can see the remaining 4 episodes.
Then the Lone Gunmen moves to Fridays (I love it when series roam around
the schedules).
Anyway, when the Lone Gunmen finally makes it over there, watch it.
