According to what I have just heard on the radio news on Radio One, they are
planning to make a sequel to 'The Lost Boys', called, wait for it, 'The Lost
Girls', centring around a bunch of "biker chick vampires".
But wait, there's more!
The director is apparently VERY keen to get Britney Spears to play a role as
one of the aforementioned 'Lost Girls'
I wonder what THAT film will be like then.

Sounds like a case of bad 'lets-fill-some-space/time' journalism.
The story probably sprang from a tounge in cheek comment in an
interview with Joel Schumacher (curse his name) in this month's
Empire magazine. He totally denied any knowledge of a sequal
even being planned.
