OOPS... sorry, forgive me, I'm experimenting with a more sensible
semi-moderation scheme for these mailing-lists, and I screwed up. Apart
from that, I *THINK* that the moderation process is working properly
now. People who are on the lists can post directly, people who can't, go
via the moderation process. This should stop evilspammer@
from sending junk to the lists, for example.

FOR THE MOMENT, the ability to put "<end>" on a line to stop re-mailing
of vast corporate waffle signatures, etc, is disabled. I'll probably
re-implement it when I'm back from holiday, the week after next.
