Space ships and wormholes...

There is evident for sub-atomic wormholes existing already, there
are even ideas for how to make these big enough to use to jump
around the universe. But there is one small side-effect: time travel,
if you start leaping around the place or worse moving wormholes, you soon
have a situation where one end is out of sync with the other and
hey presto time travel...

The most novel way of space travel I think was in an Asimov short story,
it involved a chemical which was time sensentive and got wet before you
added water etc. If the water never appeared it would travel forward in
time till it found some.

self-consistent, so even if you could time-travel, you could only
observe, rather than interact.

Secondly - if you try creating a wormhole that has ends that are out
of sync, the wormhole will automatically colapse itself because of
some laws of physics I don't entirely understand, but there are other
people who do...
