The right hand side shows a Jedi Knight using a blue sabre. I'll put money
on this being Anakin since it doesn't look too much like ObiWan. The
warrior on the right is using a 2 handled blade ala Maul. He's got a
similar style of tunic on - the area around where he's holding his sabre is
illuminated. It's a Maul clone - hence the phrase Clone Wars.

I agree that the guy with the blue does look like little orphan Annie, but
there isn't enough of the Sith Lord visible to draw that sort of a
conclusion. Maul wore a black tunic, but that is the uniform of the Sith. it
isn't necessarily him. Also he is not carrying a double sabre. If he was,
both ends would be motion-blurred. What you are seeing is a very long sweep
of a single blade.
