YES set the tape. There's no ep of Crusade that's so bad you don't need to
bother.
No it's not crap. In fact it's a vital episode to several of the ongoing
plot threads, and introduces a lot of background on Matthew Gideon in
particular.
For the Gideon thread ask yourselves this: What is it ? Then go and read
