PS. As I have been assured by many members of
IFIS that this is an old
and
time honoured tradition for Secretaries at AGMs, I will be attending our
AGM
on 16 March in stockings and suspenders. Feel free to watch me humiliate
myself.
Does this only apply to
IFIS, I ask myself, or is this a generic thing?
Will, for example, Shayna have to turn up in suspenders and stockings at
next Monday's Gamesoc AGM?

No this is a purely
IFIS tradition.
This is what you get if you supply free alcohol at an AGM and then elect
Kevin "Interesting taste in clothing" Bob as secretary.

This is what you get if you supply free alcohol at an AGM and then elect

Actually it was in place well before then - I can produce a "constitution"
that places it in writing dated before then.
I can't produce the constitution voted in or the minutes of the Free Beer
event of 94 that resulted in Steve loosing his camera (a warning to all
there I feel)
