xmas dinner - menu

Oops. It's been pointed out (by several people) that I only posted the menu
on the "chat" list rather than this one. So here is a recap for everyone
not on both lists.

Sorry for the extra email folks.

Starters:
Wild mushroom soup
Smoked salmon with mascarpone, rocket leaves and salsa verde
Potato dumplings, parma ham, gorgonzola cream
Salad

Main:
Fillet steak in a peppercorn, cream brandy sauce
Duck breast in a orange grand and marnier sauce
Seabass with garlic, white wine, fresh lime and rosemary
Lamb shank cooked in red wine with root veggies
Penne pesto

Dessert:
Chocolate fudge cake
Fruit salad with icecream or cream
Tiramisu

Coffee

The cost for the meal is going to be 10quid per member minus the 5quid
deposit (that leaves 5quid for the maths students ;)
