Just in case some of you didn't manage to make it to Freshers Fayre and sign
up yet, here's a message from Abby about the first meeting.

Hello All!

Just to let all those who signed up to ifis at Freshers Fayre that we
are having our first meeting tomorrow Tuesday 30th Sept meeting at 7pm
at Crosslands.
This is a meet and greet session, drinking and chatting so we can all be
more familiar and you can tell us what you would like us to do with the
society you joined.
There is a film next week so I'll keep you posted of those details.

OK can someone explain why the change from Thursdays? Or is this an attempt
to restart the scoiety without us oldies - a truthful answer would be much
appreciated.....

I don't think there's any need to fuel paranoia like that - there's =
usually already a ridiculous ammount of paranoia in the society without =
any extra contribution from people who have been around long enough to =
know better. :-)

Not trying to start paranoia - just wanting answers - apologies it is not

those members that wanted to rejoin last Thursday at the pub, could rejoin
tonight and find out what was going on.

Well, yeah.

I won't be able to make it tonight, so will have to hope someone wants =
