you couldn't get out of the way!)

teachers, politicians, friends, enemies, that weird old man
down the road with the limp who looks funny at children, the
prime minister, the president of the USA, and everyone on the
IFIS mailing lists!!!

Even send it to people who don't have E-mail accounts - it
doesn't matter!!! All that matters is that we annoy the Hell
out of as many people as humanly (or otherwise) possible!!!!!

It's the snowball it doesn't cost $100 to throw - all it costs is
space on the E-mail hard drive, and hopefully a broken nose!!!!!!!
So, unlike a real snowball, it only hurts the person who sends
it!!!!! (And quite right too!)
