Important stuuf

Hello. These are things that you will want to know (probably)

1. Those people who are going to the xmas dinner must bring their 5
pound deposit to the Ascot tonight or send me their word that they will
pay me the deposit even if they can't go. It must be payed before 10.30
tonight.

2. IFIS may have 300 pounds more social fund than we thought as their
was some confusion concerning the 'sci-fi soc's' fund and the IFIS fund.
More info tonight.

3. The Union says that serving hot food on the Star Wars night is
definetly out in case we poison somebody. However, I am ordering some
crisps, popcorn and drinks from the Union today.

really really efficient at breeding bacteria despite having so much hot
water around, it's going to be DAMNED difficult to poison someone, and

Sod the union! How about someone just buys the stuff and brings the
microwave, just happens to bring them along, you understand, and sell a
few to a few mates and stuff, and then "make a donation" to the society
funds, for no apparent reason whatsoever?
That, and the fact that, according to our mail-logs, you couldn't spell
IFIS yesterday ;-)

Well I guess we could always take orders and pop out for takeaway or
something? So that means we've got refreshments - a very large TV - a
decent sound system....shame Lec A doesn't have comfy chairs - but then we
didn't expect that to be the case did we *8).
We're always happy - you're doing a fine job - far better than chairman have
in recent years.
No problems - no-one can blame you for that.
