Hmm... This looks like a dubious advertising ploy to me, but you might
want to take a look. Basically the
IFIS website is allegedly going to
appear in a book about star wars on the internet:

Amazon claim the RRP for it is also $13.95.
So it looks like it's a scam. It would have been cool if it was true.
