An idea for making money at video evenings?
Hi all,
I was wondering, since we're not allowed to charge admission for the video
evenings - what about selling refreshments instead? I don't know the exact
figures, but I'd imagine a 12-24pack of coke costs less per can than the
machine outside the college shop and watching videos (especially 3 a row) is
thirsty work.
Admittedly it won't be a vast sum of money - if a 24pack costs 29p per can
(Wild guess), that is 21p less than the coke machine. We could sell them
for 35-40p and make a couple of quid.
