IFIS AGM : Election Nominations

hiya all,
Well, the end is nigh.

The IFIS AGM will be held at 8PM on Thursday 18th March in MLT.

The current committee will be stepping down from their jobs to pass the
torch onto others more able, willing, gullible, er, confident IFIS
members.

The positions up for grabs are :

Chairperson (Dictator)

Secretary (Sub-dictator)

Treasurer (Cash-machine)

Publicity officer (Poster person)

Librarian (Bookie person)

Dear Asan
Me (Despina) and Lee are thinking of running for next year commitee, Lee is
thinking of going for Treasurer and I am think of going for secretary, but
we are not sure of what the job entails. Could you please email me the sort
of things that we would have to do as secretary and tresurer. Also are
there many other people running for the job?
