Meeting with Dan Brown, Friday 5pm

The update on the Library is :-

The books are still in the back of the SU hall in the sports cupboard
with a whole pile of Ents stuff in front of it so it cannot be accessed
at the moment. Also, the cupboard that Shams ordered is in the SU and
has been set up BUT has no shelves so Dan is going to order them on
Monday (21st October). When the shelves arrive we (ie any volunteers
(and that includes YOU!)) will put as many books as possible on the
shelves and then Dan will look at ordering some more cupboards (hopefully
with shelves!) but in the mean time we might do some sort of rotation
system ie have boxes 1&2 on the shelves for x months, then boxes 3&4 for
next x months etc.

This is all the news we have for now and we are doing our best!

To answer Adrian's question about a librarian; yes, Kevin was elected to
be librarian but we do have a rather large amount of books and expecting
two people to put as many books as possible into the cupboard is just a
little unfair, so I thought seeing as there have been so many complaints
about the library or lack thereof that most of you wouldn't mind helping
to put them out. Sounds fair to me.
