B5: River of Souls

Morning all,
IFIS Resident brunel invader here (one of them anyway)...

I'm surprised how little I've heard about B5: river of souls... it's been
out for something like 3 days now! Anyway, here's a few vague general
opinions:

Much better than thirdspace - this one actually manages to build up some
reasonable suspense and keep it there! The cast are on pretty good form,
with surprisingly good performances from Charlie Sheen and the bloke who
played Lovejoy...

From here on in might possibly be considered spoilers...

And for a change, Sheridan didn't nuke anything! He probably would have, if
he'd been in it, but he's not so he didn't. The plot mainly revolves around
some of the characters that we don't know as much about... mainly Cptn.
Lochley, and a slightly more involved role for Lt. Corwin, albeit not
exactly a pivotal one...

I'm surprised how little I've heard about B5: river of souls... it's been
out for something like 3 days now! Anyway, here's a few vague general

Would love to go and get it, but time is a bit of a problem at the moment.
Is it in Egham Woolies, or do I have to go to Staines for it?

Relax, he's actually not to bad - and he does spend most of his time either
getting steadily madder and madder, and then he manages to stop being even
remotely annoying...

The worst acting in this TV-Movie comes from some decidedly wooden souls...

I thought it was Martin Sheen not Charlie Sheen (slight difference - one's the
father and one's the son!)

Interestingly Martin Sheen was originally cast as the archaeologist but took a
liking to the role he ended up with. JMS didn't have the nerve to turn him down
and I think he did a pretty fine job.
