Just thought I'd remind people about a few forthcoming events, because I
KNOW you don't all check the web pages very often...

Luke is also taking suggestions and will probably run a vote of some
sort.

Also, at least once a year, we like to have a trip up to London to show
people where the decent Sci-Fi shops are, or even if you already know,
it makes a great day out and you can buy all that stuff you've been
saving up for. We usually meet up at Egham station in the morning and
buy travelcards and spend most of the day enjoying ourselves.

This time we're also intending to visit Page's Bar in the evening before
coming back. In case you haven't read my article in the Rune With A

It's a truly fantastic pub, and I'd highly reccommend it to any of you.

The provisional date for this London Trip is Sat 1st Nov. If you're
interested, let me or one of the other committee know. If you're
interested but can't make that date, again, let us know - this date
isn't 100% fixed yet. Any other ideas, let us know.

Xmas dinner will also presumably be arranged for sometime late november
or early december. Again, any ideas, let us know.
