Several people, basically anyone who has recently SENT a message to
either of the IFIS lists, will have been sent a message saying "your
message is still on the queue at LEOnet". This is basically because 4
of our subscribers are using hotmail accounts, and hotmail has been
having quite bad email problems recently.

I wouldn't normally mention it, but it appears that hotmail's recent
problems are far worse than onechip/lucid's, teleord's, nortel's, or
even (gasp!) RHBNC's!
