Some of us listened to music in the '80's, and so didn't really
notice.
But nevermind.
There seemed a reasonable crowd - after all, the place wasn't
heaving
with bodies but the dancefloor was full. I can't tell you how
that
compares to normal Union functions.
Sorry people, that was roughly a half to two-thirds attendance. The
difference being you could walk up to the bar and be served within
five
minutes, and you actually had room in the main hall to move without
injuring at least three other people.
The original poster (Cwej?) seemed to be suggesting that he thought
this was
a bad thing. Perhaps I am misreading the tones of this thread.
