Free Comic Book Day: Trip to London

Egham Station

There are a number of comic shops in London that will be giving away a selection of comics for free. I've been tasked by The Committee with leading the expedition into London for this and I've come up with a travel plan.

We're going to catch the 8.23am from Egham station which will mean we'll get to Forbidden Planet a bit before it opens, but there will be a queue to get in, so hopefully we will be near the front of it. Make sure you arrive at the station well before 8.23 so you have time to buy a ticket.

Typically Forbidden Planet will be handing out bags with some random comics in, so once everyone has done whatever shopping they want to do, we can also visit the other 2 nearby participating comic shops to see if you can get any specific comics you are after. There are also other geeky stores that might be of interest en-route that we can stop at if people want to.
