Hi all!
This week’s film is The Hobbit! We’ll be having the film night on Tuesday in ALT2, as in previous weeks. As always we will meet in the arts building foyer beforehand.
A tale of a hobbit, a ring, and lots of small hairy guys, The Hobbit is Peter Jackson’s e-l-o-n-g-a-t-e-d answer to J.R.R.Tolkiens The Hobbit (1937). Whilst not exactly reflecting the book in all it’s Hobbit-y / Dwarven glory, it’s a great film, so come along!
Afterwards we shall be heading to the Stumble Inn, so bring your ID, and say hi! And if you’ve not come before, then why not this week?
On Thursday, we’ll be having our weekly pub social, so some down to the Alma Mata, by the train station and partake of the awesome food.
And one final note that the IFIS committee is always looking for comments and suugestions! Email anything you want to say to committee@
