Sci-Fi London
Hey folks,
Those of you who know me might have gathered that I spent Friday to Monday
in a dark room in a London basement, staring at pictures projected onto
walls.
In other words, I was at the 11th Annual Festival of Science Fiction and
Fantastic Film, aka: Sci-Fi London. I wasn't there for all of it, as
weekdays are a bit awkward for me unless I book a bunch of time off, but I
managed to get Friday out of work and so was there for four days, taking in
eight SF films and about twelve SF short films. Since a fair few IFIS
folks have expressed a lot of interest when I've bumped into them over the
past few days, I thought I'd point some links your way...
First, the festival itself, even though it's over, it'll probably be the
same address next year:

Second, my series of blog posts, covering the time I was there and the
films I saw:

http://www.eggbox.org.uk/article/my_time_at_sci_fi_london_part_3/
http://www.eggbox.org.uk/article/my_time_at_sci_fi_london_part_4/
There were many other films I didn't get to see - but the ones I did see
made the whole thing worthwhile!
