IFIS Elections and Rocky Horror Picture Show, Tuesday 20th March, 7pm, ALT 2

Hi everyone,

It's that time of year again, when we turf out the old useless lot and
bring in a new, uselesser lot. Yes, our elections are happening tomorrow,
and, as I'm sure you're sick of me telling you by now, the positions up for
grabs are president, secretary, treasurer and librarian. You can find out
more about the roles by looking at the constitution here:
www.ifis.org.uk/about/constitution.shtml

Afterwards, hot patootie, we will be watching The Rocky Horror Picture Show
(as is tradition). Singing along is encouraged. As is fancy dress. It's
always fun to scare the SU electoral observer with fishnets, oh yes.
Instead of going to the pub after, we will be having a soirée at someone's
house to congratulate the new committee.

I'm quite proud to see from the list of constitutions that the 2002 Constitution that I wrote (whilst terribly drunk) managed to last for four years!

From memory, the only reason why we changed it was because the SU changed
terminology, otherwise it might have lasted even longer! :P
