Well poor Jaimie is now poor so he will not be involved on this guys. I am

Yes there are two paths you can go by but in the long run, there's still
time to change the road you're on

Someone should change the event so that it says we're going for the 12:30 showing.
More ambiguity will just cause confusion and whatnot.

Done.
I'm not sure whether the National Rail website is lying or not, but it
appears the trains are running normally. If it is right tho, the 11.23
would be a good train to catch - it'll give us plenty of time for buying
nibbles and drinks.

Awesome, that sounds like a good time. Do people want to meet at the station 5/10mins before or something?
Just a quick reminder that since it's a bank holiday, all trains are off-peak. Although, hello to 6.5% ticket fee rise!

Sure, that's a good plan...

...but this is why I think the train times are wrong. If we provisionally
meet at 11 I think we should be fine regardless of what trains are running.

Oh I see. Well, weekend trains still run on an almost replicate schedule to weekdays so I don't really see a problem :/
The only days when we don't get a normal timetable are Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New years (I think) and of course, when it snows. xP
The only thing that might change is which underground routes are open/down for engineering work etc. Since our train line is one of the busiest routes into London I really can't see it changing for a bank holiday.

So, why was that Monday decided on? Rather than, say, another day in that week.
Such as Tuesday or Wednesday, both of which have many more tickets still available towards the centre?
It's just that there's hardly any seats left Monday, 12:30. So I don't know why we have to stick to that particular day & time. I don't remember voting on it

You should pay more attention to what is going on then - there was a poll
running for almost 2 weeks and Monday was the clear winner.

Yes, I know there was a poll. I voted. Twice. For all of the days, since it didn't make any difference.
What I meant was, I never heard what the result was.
Anyway, the point is that we should take account of changing circumstances. Namely, there aren't any decent seats left for Mon 3rd. Therefore, we should think about a different day.

Wait, so you do remember voting.
I don't understand why you said you didn't if you meant something else. Why didn't you just say what you meant in the first place?

The reason why people voted Mon and the reason it is selling out is the same
reason. People want to go on Monday.
I presume this si because of bank holiday as was mentioned above (or below)
depending on your email client.

Which will change the numbers as those of us who work won't be able to make
it
