Dear Picocon attendee,
At last year's (or the year before, or the year before that or
the year before that ) Picocon you signed up to be notified of
the details of next year's Picocon (if you didn't, my
apologies). This is it.
This year's Picocon 3^3 (27th) will be on Saturday 3^3 27th
February 2009, in the Imperial College Students' Union and
Blackett Lecture Theatre 1* (Nearest tube stations: South
Kensington and Gloucester Road). Doors open 10am
Please note that the circle line will be down that weekend so
please plan your journey accordingly
It will feature (all items subject to change):
* Talks/Readings by Guests of Honour Alistair Reynolds, Amanda
Hemingway, and Jaine Fenn
* Panel Discussion (âThe Science in your Fictionâ)
* Silly Games, Turkey Readings(incl. a turkey viewing for the
first time), Destruction of Dodgy Merchandise and the Pub
Quiz.
* Booksellers.
* LAN Gaming.
All this and probably more for the low low price of £10 (£8
concessions, £5 members of ICSF)!

10:30 Jaine Fenn
11:30 Amanda Hemmingway
12:30 Lunch (w/ short book signing)
13:15 Destruction of Dodgy Mechandise

17:15 Scientific Experiment (âA proving of Newtonâs thirdâ)
18:00 Quiz!
If the great lords Zeus and Thor decide to turn on us, wet
weather arrangements will be announced on the day
