I thank you. Would never have remembered that !
Whereas I've been with the same place for 17 years now. It's moved twice -
Top 10 comics.
It was a very nice little shop in an alleyway a few minutes off Oxford
Street, and it closed down about 6 months after I started a standing order
there.
I moved my standing order to the comic shop which was located inside the
Virgin Megastore. Two months later, that closed down.
I found a comic shop in staines which was altogether more convenient, and
placed a standing order there.
They lasted a year, then closed down.
I took the hint at this point. :-)

Sometimes when I feel like killing someone, I do a little trick
to calm myself down. I'll go over to the persons house and ring
the doorbell. When the person comes to the door, I'm gone, but
you know what I've left on the porch? A jack-o-lantern with a
knife stuck in the side of it's head with a note that says
"You." After that I usually feel a lot better, and no harm done.

IFIS] Comic Shops
Following last night's QI on BBC4 (or preceeding this week's QI on BBC2)
can anyone remember the name of the comic shop owned by Jonthan Ross and
Paul Gambacinni ?
