The Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to expand with their eighteenth installment: Black Panther. King T'Challa returns to Wakanda, but finds himself under attack from multiple threats - and must team up with the CIA to prevent a world war.We're planning to watch the 3:10pm showing of Black Panther at Vue Cinema, Staines. There are great movies, but sometimes there are movie that are so bad that they become the greatest of movies themselves! We're planning to spend the night by watching a 'So Bad It's Good' Science Fiction-Fantasy Movie. Bring along any suggestions, and be prepared to laugh, groan and cry in what should be a very interesting night...

It's a bird, it's a plane, NO! It's our Superhero Movie Night! We're living in the golden age of superhero movies right now, and what better way to celebrate it than with a movie, about superheroes!! Bring your favourites along and we'll vote on the one we want to watch!

Our friends at Imperial College London are hosting their annual Science Fiction-Fantasy convention! We have a new exciting event to announce. This Thursday, we are teaming up with our friends over at the Humans vs Zombies society for a movie night! The movie in question will be Hot Fuzz. If you want to find out more about HvZ or just want to come along to watch a great movie, than this is the event for you!

Be prepared to travel through space with Christoper Nolan's science fiction epic: 'Interstellar'. Set in a dystopian future where humanity is struggling to survive, the film follows a group of astronauts who travel through a wormhole in search of a new home for humanity. Considered to be one of the most ambitious films ever made, this is something not to miss! (Please note that due to the run-time of this film, we will need to begin quite promptly if we're to avoid the projector shutting off)

Unfortunately, due to the room being locked and dodgy doors, we will be cancelling our Lord Of The Rings Movie Marathon for today. We are planning to reschedule this event at some point in Term 3. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our last Studio Ghibli collab night with Anime & Manga Soc went so well last year, that we both decided that we wanted to do another one! A selection of Ghibli movies will be brought before you, and you'll have the chance to vote for which one you want to watch.There will also be a separate vote as to whether you would like it subbed or dubbed.

We're opening the floor to our members! Bring any Science Fiction-Fantasy film along, briefly justify your film and why we should watch it, then we'll take an informal vote. Something familiar or a secret treasure that no-one knows, it's all on you!

Pick a character and be prepared to role the dice, we're holding another board games night! With a wide selection to choose from, as well as your own to bring from home, this will be a very relaxed evening - but who will win?

Join us for one of Dreamworks' best movies: 'How to Train your Dragon'. Follow the story of Hiccup as he attempts to train a Night Fury (Toothless), whilst also trying to earn the respect of his Viking tribe. It'll be an adventure of a lifetime (at least until the second one), so get ready to ride to Berk and hold on tight!
