Free Comic Book day is a yearly event where various comic stores around the world, give away copies from a specific list of comics, for free in a bid to promote comics to a wider audience. There are a number of stores taking part in this within the London area, although this trip will only focus on the ones located in the centre of town.
The plan will be to head in to London early on Saturday morning by catching the 8:53am train. Which should mean we arrive at Forbidden Planet close to when it opens. Then we'll head down to Orbital, followed by Gosh, stopping in any other shops of interest along the way. Each of the stores does things differently, but there should be a good chance of getting the specific comics you're after. When we're done shopping, we'll find some where to grab lunch and compare hauls.
