An event hosted by IFIS, RHUL Science Fiction and Fantasy society.
Set in a dystopian future where the rich rule with an iron fist. Every year the poorer outlying regions have to submit 2 children to take part in the Hunger Games - a brutal fight to the death where only 1 participant can win.
Before the film, there will also be an election for the post of Librarian. Much like The Hunger Games there will be a brutal fight to the death where only 1 participant can win. Or maybe we will just ask the candidates to make a speech and answer some questions.
Afterwards we will head to The Stumble Inn (or Medicine if the former is shut) to chat and get to know each other.
