The Doctor returns to London in 1963, where he had hidden a mysterious Time Lord artefact: The Hand of Omega. However, his mortal enemies the Daleks are also in pursuit of the Hand. Can the Doctor and his companion Ace stop their plans before the Daleks become the new Lords of Time?
