Gattiss and Gareth Roberts to do instead.

Russel T Davies is an experienced writer, and a Who fan whose written some novels for Virgin. I've read his views on the series before and it's safe hands.

I believe he knows the likes of Gatsis, Roberts and Cornell so they may well be involved somewhere along the line.

the Doctor's regenerations for no good reason.
