Firefly - a new series from Joss Whedon
It's a sci-fi, space western. Yeah, I know it sounds weird but it's
actually pretty good (allowing for the normal 1st season stuff). Of course,
I doubt it'll do well over here 'cause the Yanks in charge of the networks
aren't exactly renowned for being able to cope with programmes that don't
fit into one genre (see the Farscape debacle). But if it does eventually
make it onto UK tv, watch the first couple of episodes.
