The Final Constitution

I may be missing the point here, but how about a 10-word constitution:

"IFIS shall be governed by the SURHUL regulations governing societies."

That way the people who enjoy this sort of thing can make it their
hobby, and you lot (and future IFIS members) can get on with yours.
