While watching the news today and hearing that the city had all but shut
down for Ascot my Father asked if my firm were decamping for the races.
Which got me thinking .... If Ascot is this week then this Thursday is
ladies day, so tomorrow is ......

Obviously we can't hold a proper competition anymore (Non existence of the
Ascot, lack of Toffs at the BM, and students having legged it for the
summer) but is anyone going to be around if I come down for a quick drink
(and packet of peanuts) to commemorate this great day in our history ?
