If I understand the posters right, there will be a huge great FAIRGROUND
right out the front of the marley bow this thursday evening. Presumably IFIS
won't be able to resist the temptation :-)

Also, there is an "all rides for 50p" thing on Friday, if after
Thursday you want to go again!!

only problem is, that when the fair is on there is usually standing room
only in the mow (if that). So if anyone expects to be able to take over
part of the pub, they may well have to think again.

Friday is likely to be the only time I get to go, what with exams that day,
and all. This probably means I won't be able to get to the pub on Thursday.
I tried that last week, and ended up missing my exam on Friday morning!
<d'oh!> It all worked out OK though, because I sat the exam by myself at
11am instead on 9:30, in a little room in Bourne Lab.
