Once again the union has made sure that my life is made annoying and as
miserable as possible. We can't show a film this week because they haven't
made an effort (or at least a good effort) to contact the company for the
brochure and film listings.

No we don't have direct contact with them I'm afraid because our film
license is through the union. Hard to explain but there is no way of making
this any easier...
