Talking about Ottakars

The real disadvantage is that you can't browse

Whddya mean, ya can't browse? I regularly stand there for bloody
ages reading the books. No-one objects. The only actual disadvantage
is that it doesn't have a second hand section. As a shameless plug,
Murder One has a very nice second hand and collectors section.
It's also larger than Sign of the dragon and has a very good mixture of stock.

the mention of "Murder One" and "Sign of the Dragon" in the same email? I

I was in fact referring to the bookshop that Jenny works at.

If Ottakars is good and near then let's go there.

Murder One is probably the best bookshop I can think of for SF books.
It's conveniently located on Charing Cross Road, right Next to a Pizza
restaurant, and it has masses and masses of books. And a decent
second hand section. Tho' if we can get a discount from Jenny, then
the one she works for sounds good.
