We hope you all enjoyed watching The Martian with us. Next week we will be screening Mad Max, Fury Road. This will be followed by a social at The Happy Man.
A note on film etiquette, could we please ask members to be a little more respectful of others whilst we are watching films, phones should definitely have the volume off. While we don't want to insist on silence, could people please make sure that talking is kept to a minimal volume. If you have something especially witty to share, that is what the post-film social is for (and our games nights).
Over the next few weeks we will also be watching a Halloween film, going to see Dr Strange and having our Autumn Quiz. Remember that our library is now open for use - you find out what we have on the website or by asking a member of the committee (by email, Facebook or in person). We are also now looking for people interested in running for society librarian.
For those of you that are interested in going to Comicon next weekend (29th), please either email committee@ or message our Facebook page.
