Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness, Tuesday 8th March, 7pm, ALT2
Hello droogs,
Sorry for the late e-mail, here's the LOW DOWN on what we're watching
tonight; Sam Raimi's Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness.
The Evil Dead franchise sees Bruce Campbell fighting off the Deadite hordes.
While the original was a frankly terrifying and disturbing horror movie, the
sequels go firmly down the comedy horror route.If you haven't seen the first
movie, don't worry, because Evil Dead 2 begins with a recap which retcons
the whole thing anyway.
We're in ALT 2 tonight at 7pm, and we'll have to start quite promptly again
to fit in both fillums.
Also, elections are in TWO WEEKS. We need candidates - if you're thinking
about running, tell a member of the committee so we can advise you on what
duties/responsibilities/items of fetishistic clothing will be expected of
you.
We'll be going to the Al Ma Ma Ta on Thursday as usual - always a good place
to drum up support for your campaigns. Today, the IFIS committee, tomorrow,
the multiverse!
