These badges come in 3 different colours - bronze, silver and gold - and are tied to a particular weekly poll. To earn one of these badges you need to be nominated by other members as being the ideal answer to the question.
For example, a possible question might be "Who is most evil?". Members can vote on who they think is the most evil. At the end of the week the person with the most votes "wins". The person who has won the most times for that particular question gets the gold badge. The person with the next number of wins gets the silver and 3rd place gets the bronze. If there are any ties then the badge is shared.
At the end of the year, the results of who has been awarded what badge are combined to form the basis of the Yearly Title awards and the running totals are reset.
